Carlos
When Adam retired from the Turbo Rangers, he chose Carlos, Angel Grove's star soccer player, to be his successor as the Green Turbo Ranger.Carlos is a good natured and friendly person, and has a strong sense of loyalty and compassion, proving his ability to work as a team player with the other new rangers. At the destruction of the Power Chamber,Carlos'powers were destroyed, causing him and the other rangers to go to space powerless to save Zordon. It was in space that he and the others met Andros, gaining new powers. Thus he became the Black Astro Ranger,retiring from duty when Zordon's death destroyed theAstro Rangers'enemies. He later returned to duty to help theGalaxy Rangers fight the Psycho Rangers.
