It is this attitude that got him chosen to represent Angel Grove at the World Teen Summit, a peace conference in Switzerland he attended, leaving the Rangers. He returned to Angel Grove years later to take on the Gold Zeo Ranger powers. As the Gold Ranger, Jason was older, wiser, and more mature. When the Gold Ranger powers threatened to drain his life force, he had to give them up, but he fought right up until the end.
